Funeral Arrangements - List of What to Do Needed?

I am looking for a website or a list you can write out that lists what to do when planning a funeral for a loved one. I have a website for pregnancy and infant loss. Right now I am working on a section called Putting Your Child to Rest. I want to create a practical down-to-earth easy-to-follow list for: a. funeral arrangements b. burial c. cremation d. memorial service e. other types of services. Any information you have or websites with such information I can pull from would be greatly appreciated. I looked online but found information about planning your own funeral and that is not quite what I am looking for. Just FYI: I am not actually planning a funeral but am looking for information to pass onto others.

1. I think the best thing to do is to call the nearest funeral home in your area. They will help you with planning and treat you with the sensitivity you deserve. Not that Yahoo Answers isn't a good place to look for such information, but I feel some things are best left to the experts. Edit: Then tell them to call their local funeral home.
