Why can't they let Princess Diana rest in peace?

Now they gotta dredge up her personal letters for public consumption? Sheesh! Exactly how does this stuff affect the world's situation I wonder?

1. People were so enraptured by Princess Diana and what she did. She has achieved mythological status since her death. People just can't get enough of her. Apparently there is still enough of an interest in her, that this kind of stuff has a market. Sad and pathetic it definitely is. How does it affect the status of the world's situation? It is a distraction--just like infatuations with other celebrities are. Simple as that. Will it bring world peace and feed all the starving children? No--but that's just the way it is. Some people don't want to deal with the world and what is going on--so they turn to others and see how their lives play out.
2. Simple reason: If there is a market for it, then the media are going to sell it. She was adored by millions, for her beauty, grace, her sense fof style, her love for her sons, her loyalty to her position, her charity work, her humanity, they didn't dub her "The Peoples Princess" for nothing. While she has passed, her legacy still lives on. There are many people still carrying on the work that she had been involved in, her charities in which she was their Patron mainly, but though it's not a big difference, a difference is still being felt regardless.
