I've been looking at some funeral websites and notice they sell gowns what are these for?

1. the gowns are for the dead people they are special material for dead people and also it depends which religion ur from because every religion has its own special clothing

3. Some folks want to look their best in the casket.
4. For the deceased to be buried in.
5. The gowns are too dress your dearly departed in. They will dress them in clothes of your choice if you prefer.
6. when you die your relatives buy you a suit and the undertaker peoples dress you in it and put you in your coffin. its really stupid because no one cares what you look like and those things are expensive!!!!!!!!!
7. Funeral homes sell clothing for deceased people who are to be buried. My mom knew that she would pass away in a few short weeks and my sister and I took her to the funeral home so she could select the clothing of her choice.
